Training and Development
We are committed to developing our people and offer all employees the opportunity to participate in professional development programs. New employees are given the opportunity to undertake a nationally recognised training certificate in sales and service, which encompasses all the skills necessary to succeed in retail. We believe that you can never stop learning, so all employees undertake regular product knowledge training so that they remain at the forefront in understanding the latest world-wide fashion trends that CAG launches into the Australian market-place each season.
