CAG International (CAGI) is the Group's wholly owned wholesaling and manufacturing subsidiary. Based in Hong Kong and with offices in Europe and the Middle East, CAGI is involved in textile wholesaling and manufacturing activities, as well as partnerships in service industries worldwide.
Originally established in Hong Kong in 1982 to service trade between Australia and Asia, the initial emphasis was on serving the needs of the Group's Australian retail outlets. One of the most satisfying aspects of CAGI's expansion has been the inroads this Australian company has made in distributing its products in Italy, the traditional home of fashion. CAGI soon began supplying menswear and children's wear to a number of European chains.
Today, CAGI distributes apparel in several countries including Australia. Its role is of ever increasing significance as the importance of global sourcing and distribution continues to stem.
Furthermore, CAGI has significant investments in global partnerships in the entertainment industry, car park management and other service based industries.
